Seedance AI provides AI-powered tools for generating and processing images, videos, and other media based on user inputs. Features may include media generation, enhancement, storage, and account-based history access. Service features may change over time.

3. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all account activity We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

Seedance AI applies safeguards such as CAPTCHA verification, device fingerprinting, IP-based rate limiting, and automated abuse detection to protect the Service from abuse and fraud. These safeguards primarily apply to guest users and free credit usage. Paid subscriptions and purchased credits are governed by the limits and features of the applicable plan and are not subject to free trial abuse restrictions during normal use. We reserve the right to apply reasonable security measures when necessary to maintain service integrity.

5. Media Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the media you generate using the Service, subject to applicable law. Seedance AI does not claim ownership of your generated images or videos. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and does not violate third-party rights.

6. Media Storage and History

Seedance AI may store generated media associated with your account to provide history access. Storage duration may depend on your subscription plan. You may delete your generated media at any time. Seedance AI is not responsible for loss of media after deletion or retention expiration.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require payment. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, Creem, or other authorized processors. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that access to digital services begins immediately. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Generate illegal or harmful content
• Abuse or disrupt the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedance AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
